1. Job openings and placement opportunities.
2. Appointment confirmations and reminders.
3. Account updates and notifications.
4. Emergency staffing needs.
5. Upcoming BLS CPR and CEU classes.
6. Other business-related communications.

Consent for Communication Outside of Business & Holiday Hours:

BY signing this agreement, you acknowledge and consent to receiving SMS messages and phone calls:

1. During standard business hours: 6:00am to 7:00pm.
2. Outside of standard business hours as necessary.
3. During weekends and holidays, if related to job placements, emergencies, or critical updates.

You understand that these messages and calls are intended to provide you with immediate job opportunities, scheduling changes, or emergency notifications. 

 

Opt-Out & Revocation of Consent:

1. You may opt out at anytime by replaying "STOP to any SMS received.
2. Once opted out, you will no longer receive further messages unless you re-enrolled by replaying "UNSTOP"
3. You can also contact us directly by phone call at 925-676-8103 to opt out or mange your preferences and to stop receiving phone calls or SMS messages from us.

Compliance with TCPA & Legal Disclosures

1. Messages and phone calls may be sent using both automated and manual methods.
2. Your consent to receive SMS and phone calls is not a condition of employment or service.
3. We adhere to time restrictions on SMS messaging and phone calls; however, by signing this agreement, you consent to receiving messages and phone calls outside of standard business hours, including weekends and holidays, when necessary (e.g., emergency job opportunities).
